We founded Frenchtown Roasters Coffee Roasting Company with the goal in mind to make exceptional coffee for those that love to drink coffee. We always want to make sure our customers have the most enjoyable experiences. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you need any assistance.
Our Shipping Policy
We handle each order as an individual case. It is always important to us that you as a customer you will be happy. We know shipping mishaps happen. Contact us as soon as you are aware a shipment is missing. If you have a damaged shipment contact us within 7 days with a photo if possible. It is our duty to follow protocol with the shipping carriers. In the mean time we will have replacement sent to you!
Due to the perishable nature of the Product, we can not accept returns on our coffee orders. Although, we want you to be happy and if you are not satisfied with your coffee selection we want to offer you a replacement bag. Please, contact us within 30 days of your order date.
